we have been asked to sell alumi ingot a7 on a seller's mandate basis. we offer the following terms and conditions for the sale of alumi ingot a7.
price and terms negotiations are generally not possible. only buyers who agree to these terms and conditions should submit an loi and cis. please attach an official letterhead to the loi, and the representative's passport, dlc issuing bank information, and company registration documents to the cis.
the seller is a kenya factory consortium. the beneficiary of the dlc is the consortium's fund.

payment: guaranteed by dlc, remit within 5 days after inspection at arrival port
minimum regular order: 20,000 mt to 50,000 mt/month
trial: 5,000 mt to 10,000 mt
inspection: seller will do sgs inspection at loading port. buyer must also do sgs inspection at arrival port. inspection must be done by the same inspection agency.

note: the buyer shall provide official mt199 (pof), after which the seller shall provide a video with the date and buyer's name.
