commercial invoice, packing list and bill of lading
terms of payment:
• after viewing and satisfactory inspection of the copper wire scrap at the seller warehouse, buyer shall pay 50% of the value of the cargo as commitment fee in order for the seller to ship the goods from warehouse or port of loading (dar es salaam) and for conducting full inspection within 7 working days after the goods arrives at the loading port.
• the remaining payment (50% of the total value) will be paid 7 working days after
delivery of the goods at the destination (buyer’s choice).
procedure:
1. at the loading port, the buyer will be responsible for payment of all local charges (government taxes) and shipping costs.
2. the seller ships the cargo to the buyer’s destination port within 20 30 days.
modifications and amendments
all modifications and amendments to any fco or contract with buyer must be made in writing and are subject to the mutual writing approval of both parties.
