l'acheteur fait son dip test dans le navire et après dip test réussi il paie.
procedure title take over (tto)
1. 1. buyer issues an official icpo inserting seller s terms and procedures.
2. seller issues mou (memorandum of understanding) for title tanker take over and
commercial invoice for the product quantity on board, buyer endorse and sends back.
3. seller issues the pop document as listed below:
* analysis test report (product passport)
* certificate of origin
* bill of lading
* ullage report
*. vessel notice of readiness
*. cargo manifest
*. vessel q88
*invoice for title transfer fee
4. after confirmation and verification of vessel on high see, buyer pay $150,000 as title
transfer fee within seventy two hours to seller via usdt payment or mt 103/tt to seller s
nominated bank as deed of title transfer to reroute the ship to buyer preferred port.
5.vessel arrives at the discharge port and the buyer carries out the ciq/sgs inspection and
upon successful inspection, the buyer pays by mt103/tt for the full product value to the seller.
at this stage seller transfers the title to the buyer.
6. seller pays commission to agencies, broker and intermediary as per signed
ncnda/imfpa within 48 hours.
note: the title takeover payment will be deducted when a buyer is paying for the full
product.
l acheteur intéressé par ces propositions émet un icpo avec une preuve de fond (pof)
il doit mettre la procédure ci dessus dans l icpo sans la modifier mais en bas de la procédure il
faut écrire en rouge pof annule et remplace le title takeover payment de 150.000 $
a réception icpo + pof, le vendeur enverra les pops avec une lettre d autorisation pour venir
faire le dip test dans le navire raffinerie.
dans l icpo à l endroit payment écrire : dip and pay .
