We are a supplier of cocoa, Shea butter and cashew nuts coming from Ivory Coast in
West Africa. We offer highest quality products at competitive prices. We work
directly with cultivators and producers in Ivory Coast, rather than wholesalers and
distributors. This way we are the only intermediary between the producers in Africa
and purchasers in North America. As a result of this very short distribution chain
we can ensure fair prices to cultivators in Africa and buyers in America.

Our company is a for profit business with a social perspective. Our long term
objective is the modernization of agriculture in Ivory Coast which will improve the
country's food self sufficiency ratio and the overall well being of its citizens. We
strive to ensure that producers in Africa receive fair price for their products by
shortening to the minimum the distribution chain. In addition, we supply them with
good quality machinery and equipment at competitive cost.

We work closely with agricultural cooperatives in Ivory Coast by servicing them in
two ways:
We find purchasers for their products and take care of all the steps of sale,
delivery and payment transactions.
We supply them with machinery and equipment they need, i.e. we find the material
according to the client's specifications and make all transaction arrangements until
it reaches client in Ivory Coast.

We work in partnership with several financial and governmental institutions, such
as: Export Development Canada, OIKOCREDIT a world wide financial institution
bringing together social investors and business owners, Chambre de Commerce et
Industries de la Cote d'Ivoire.
