PACKING: The metric Ton divided in cartoons each one contain 24 bottles of 1 liter
capacity.

4) INSPECTION: For quantity, quality and specifications (By SGS at loading port on
seller's account, and at unloading port on buyer s account .

5) QUANTITY: Total quantity is 100,000 MT for 1 year, this will take place only after a
(test spot shipment) of 300o MT so both parties can be sure of the other part, 1 dozen
samples of 1 ltr. to be sent immediately for the test of the Iraqi government labs.

6) DELIVERY PERIOD: Test shipment within 6 weeks from the receipt of the LC, other
shipments to be agreed later after the execution of this first shipment.

7) MODE: CIF Um Qaser port Iraq.

8) Target Price: One Thousand Two Hundreds and Fifthy US Dollars (1250 USD) CIF any safe
port in Middle East.

9) PAYMENT: By an Irrevocable, Confirmed, Fully funded LC for the first test shipment of
3000 MT, to be paid 50% (Fifty percent) at sight at loading port after SGS inspection for
quality & weight, then 50% (Fifty percent) at unloading port after SGS inspection for
quality & weight, for the second order to be agreed later.

10) PERFORMANCE BOND: Two percent (2 %).

11)DOCUMENTS: (Following documents are requested to be presented for payment on
shipment :
.1a. Clean on board bill of lading marked 'freight prepaid' and blank

.3c. Certificate of weight, quantity and quality issued by s.g.s. (two original and two
