MOBILE SEED GRADING UNIT

Capacity : 1.5 2 Ton/Hr. Based on Wheat at 12% moisture content & 10% average impurities.

The Unit is capable for efficient cleaning and grading of seeds of all crops such as Wheat, Paddy, Maize, Millets, Sunflower, Soybean, Barley, Oil Seeds, Vegetable Seeds, Coffee seeds, Pulses, Spices etc.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:
1. Prices : Quoted prices are C.I.F. UPTO TEMA PORT (GHANA) in U. S Dollars duly packed for sea worthy conditions.
2. Marking: Packings shall be marked as per requirement of the purchaser.
3. Delivery : The goods shall be delivered at the Port of Shipment within 8 10 weeks after receipt of confirmed Irrevocable Letter of Credit and commercially & technically clear purchase order.
4. Inspection : If equipment are required to be inspected by some agency before despatch in that case all the inspection charges shall be borne by the purchaser extra. Any delay in inspection or for any formality that purchaser may ask, will be to their account.
5. Payment : 100% against confirmed Irrevocable Letter of Credit in our favour negotiable on Punjab National Bank, Specialized SSI Branch, Nicholson Road, Ambala Cantt 133001 (Haryana), India.

7. Validity : Our offer shall remain valid for 60 days from the date of our offer.
8. Warranty : One calendar year against any manufacturing defect and/or bad workmanship.

10. Clearance at Port of Discharge shall be arranged by the purchase at his own cost.

QUALITY CONTROL: In order to produce quality machines, we undertake many quality checks at various stages like for incoming raw material, during production stage and pre despatch inspection & endurance s trials etc. All the fans/blowers in our machines are dynamically balanced in our own factory and we use vibration meter to keep a check on vibration in the machine. Similarly we are keeping a check on noise level by using a sound level meter. We are also using self loading, self aligned and anti friction bearings in our machines.
