Nous soussignés, , déclarons sur l'honneur avoir à notre disposition dans les locaux des entrepôts nationaux une quantité de métal destinée à la vente ayant les caractéristiques suivants :

Nature: Or (AU) en poudre
Quantité: 500 kilogrammes.
Densité: 945 millième
Qualité: 22 carats +
Perte estimée: 3%
origine: Mali

L'Acheteur paiera les frais d'EXPORTATION (Douanes - Transit et autres) déductibles du prix total. Il versera ensuite 50% du prix total avant embarquement de la marchandise. Deux agents commerciaux seront chargés d'accompagner jusqu'à la raffinerie finale en vue d'assister à la fonte et connaître le poids réel obtenu à la base duquel sera calculé le prix total de vente. Leur frais de séjour, de transport et rétablissement des visas sont à la charge de l'acheteur déductible du prix total. Les pertes intervenues après la fonte sont à la charge de la Coopérative.

NB : L'Acheteur doit se rendre obligatoirement à Bamako (Mali) en vue de procéder à tout contrôle, l'établissement des documents d'exportation et la signature d'un éventuel contrat de livraison (trimestriel ou semestriel).

We undersigned, Metal Or Mali declare on honor to have at our disposal in the national warehouses a quantity of metal intended for the sale having the characteristics:
Nature: Gold.
Quantity: 500 kgs.
Density: 945 thousandths.
Quality: 22 carats + estimated.
Origin: Mali

The Buyer will pay the expenses of EXPORT (Customs - Transit and the others) deductible from the total. He will pay then 50 % of the total price before boarding the goods. Two sales agents will be in charge of accompanying up to the final refinery to see the cast iron and know the real weight obtained on the base of which the total price of sale will be calculated.
Their subsistence expenses, of transport and re-establishment of the visas are the responsibility of the buyer deductible from the total price. The losses occurred after the cast iron are with the load of the Co-operative.

NB: The Buyer must come to Bamako (Mali) in order to proceed to any control, establishment of export’s documents and the signature of a possible contract of delivery.
