1 Products LPG and LNG
2 LPG minimum 100,000 MT per month and LNG minimum 250,000 MT per month. Quantities will go up as we establish our business relation with the time.
3 Contract Duration To start with 12 months renewal based on performance.
4 Incoterm Strictly CIF basis only.
5 Sales/Purchase procedure as below

Procedure:
1. Buyer issue LOI to be send to us ASAP.
2. Seller issue FCO
3. Buyer issue ICPO
4. Seller submits the draft contract to the Buyer for review/approval.
5. Seller and Buyer both will sign/seal the Sales and Purchase Contract at the meeting in Zurich in the Bank of the Seller. At this meeting in the Bank will be showed the Documents, confirmed the ability of the Seller to deliver the contracted quantities.
6. Buyer within 7 banking days after signing the Sales and Purchase Contract issues Irrevocable, Transferable DLC, covering one month shipments, revolving per each shipment to shipment basis up to the total length of the Contract.
7. Buyer specifies port(s) of discharge and details in the separate Appendix to the Contract.
8. Seller specifies the delivery schedule in the separate Appendix to the Contract.
9. Delivery commences as per Contract.

Restrictions : MINI 250 000 M / MOIS
Quantite : NO LIMITE
