quantity: 25 000 mt per month for 12months.
terms of delivery: cif buyer port .
delivery: will commence 30 days after financial instrument is in place and accepted by seller s bank.
price : usd 643.00per mt
payment: by, irrevocable, transferable , automatically revolving and confirmed letter of credit, payable 60
days from the date of bill of lading and 100% against presentation of shipping documents .
a full set of the following documents will be issued:
3/3 full set of bill of lading marked freight prepaid and clean on board made out to the order of
buyer and consigned to tbd by seller .
signed commercial invoice.
certificate of origin issued by the chamber of commerce or ministry of industry and trade.
packing list showing gross/net weight and number of bill of lading.
certificate of weight, quantity and quality inspection issued by of sgs .
phytosanitary certificate issued by competent authority stating that the product is fit for human
consumption.
statement from the shipping company stating that vessel is not older than 40 years of age.
certificate of insurance issued by first class insurance company for 110% of invoice value.
procedure:
1 seller submits draft of sales and purchase contract to buyer company for review and signature.
electronic signature and contract exchange shall be deemed as valid and original
2 seller issues pro forma invoice to buyer .
3 buyer s bank issues pre advice letter of credit via mt700 to seller s bank
4 shipment commences under terms and conditions of the sales and purchase
5 after seller s bank send shipping documents to buyer s bank then, seller s bank active automatically
