buyer signs the commercial invoice and meet the seller at dubai office
buyer shows pof and seller shows all ppop documents
buyer and seller deposit 500 000 usd at al fardan exchange as a non performance penality , for both sides.
at buyer s destination port , after sgs inspection the buyer makes full payment
