payment terms:
payment to be made via an irrevocable, confirmed, non transferable, and non divisible letter of credit (lc), issued by a top tier international bank, and subject to the latest revision of ucp 600.

the lc must be:

irrevocable cannot be cancelled or amended without written consent of the exporter.

confirmed confirmation to be added by a prime bank in the exporter s country to ensure guaranteed payment.

non transferable payable only to the exporter mentioned in the lc.

non divisible the lc must be utilized in one full installment; partial shipments or draws not allowed.

additionally, a swift mt103 payment confirmation must be issued by the buyer s bank at the loading port upon submission of compliant shipping documents, including but not limited to the bill of lading, commercial invoice, and packing list.

all bank charges outside the exporter s country are to be borne by the buyer/applicant.

this payment structure is designed to ensure full transparency, traceability, and security for both parties under icc rules.
