procedures:
1. buyer issues loi;+ bcl(bank comfort letter)verry important before seller issues sco or fco
2. seller representative issues official sco;
3. buyer accepts sco by signing it and returning it to the seller representative with icpo + cis/kyc + ncnd / imfpa + bcl;
4. seller issues fco to be signed and returned by the buyer;
5. seller issues the draft sales and purchase agreement (spa). buyer returns it signed and sealed within 48 hours;
6. seller signs the spa and issues proforma invoice;
7. buyer returns signed proforma invoice with the rwa issued by buyer s bank to seller s bank;
8. within 7 business days, the buyer issues the financial instrument draft including confirming bank details;
9. financial payment instruments are exchanged and validated;
10. within 10 days after the financial instrument is opened, 2% performance bond is granted to the buyer s bank;
11. within 35/40 days after the financial instrument is opened, delivery starts;
12. within 3 business days after the presentation of shipping documents, payment is released by mt103/tt at the loading port.
