we are large commercial truffle producer in the west australian food and wine region of manjimup. our truffles are black winter french perigord truffle (tuber melanosporum). all our truffles are grown on the property, which boasts more than 2,000 truffle producing trees.
we ensure a high standard of food safety management and product quality with a haccp (hazard analysis and critical control points) certification. our company is the 3rd biggest private producer of fresh truffles in australia. we export 95% of our products all over the world.
