Quantity: 900.000 MT +/ 10% in deliveries to be agreed along one year
period. Monthly quantity to be up to 50.000 MT
Payment: Irrevocable & Transferable letter of credit, opened through a first
class European bank, payable 100% at sight at Seller s counters.
Letter of credit must be opened 15 to 21 days prior to the first
lay/day of the granted lay/can. The L/C value will be the cement
value under FOB basis.
The payment of the freight will be done through wire transfer within
2 banking days after the vessel departs from the loading port.
