we are a well established international buyer looking for reliable, long term suppliers and direct exporters of premium madagascar bourbon vanilla beans (planifolia). our goal is to establish a trustworthy partnership for regular, monthly imports based on stable quality and consistent supply.
we intend to scale up to long term monthly contracts after a successful trial order.
## technical specifications & requirements
type: madagascar bourbon vanilla beans (grade a / gourmet and/or grade b / extract)
moisture content: 30 35% (gourmet) | 25 30% (extract)
vanillin content: minimum 1.6% 2.0%
appearance: supple, plump, oily sheen, dark brown to black color, free from mold or insect damage.
length: preferable 14 cm and above.
certifications required: phytosanitary certificate, certificate of origin. (additional certifications like organic/bio, haccp, iso 22000, or fairtrade will be highly prioritized).
## quantity & logistics
first trial order volume: 20 – 50 kg (to evaluate logistics, customs clearance, and batch consistency).
target monthly volume: 100 – 500 kg (upon successful clearance and validation of the trial batch).
shipping mode: air freight is preferred due to the high value and sensitive nature of the product.
incoterms: fca (ivato international airport tnr), fob (toamasina), or cip/cif (please specify your destination airport/port options).
packaging: vacuum packed in food grade bags, securely packed in sturdy master cartons to preserve aroma and moisture during air transit.

pricing: please provide tiered pricing:
price for the 20 50 kg trial order
price for the 200 500 kg monthly contract
current stock availability & lead time: processing and handling time before airport delivery.
certificates: copies of available quality, phytosanitary, and organic certifications.
sample policy: conditions for sending a 500g 1kg test sample via express courier (dhl/fedex).
please note: all samples will undergo strict laboratory testing in turkey for moisture levels, vanillin content, and microbiological safety before the trial order is placed.
