payment terms : revolving documentary letter of credit (dlc), irrevocable, non transferable (no advanced payment) 100% at sight.
performance bond: supplier will provide 2% pb of contract amount from a top 50 or 100 bank (usa banks not accepted).
inspection: ccic.
delivery: first shipment in 20 days maximum.
destination port: cif china. aswp any safe chinese ports.
