the elements obtained from cooled chicken carcass; breast muscles (half or double) without: skin,
bones, elements of collarbones, cartilages and tendons; well bled. free of visible bloodstains
except those which are small and unobtrusive. no discoloration and mechanical damages;
acceptable slight rents and cuts which are an effect of production process.
the ecchymoma (blood congestion in muscles) not allowed.
cooled: products packed in 15 kg nett bags (foiled) and then in plastic e2 containers (in standard).
deeply frozen: products packed in 15 kg nett in poliblock or cardboard lined with foil (in standard).
the top of the foli (in envelope shaped) sticked with identification label with veterinary number
protects the product against contaminations and changing.
above mentioned packing materials are approved for food contact.
