specifications:
• the chicken must be at most 42 days old.
• the weight of each frozen carcass is between 1200 and 1800 grams.
• whole chicken with white skin, fully plucked and cleaned, without giblets or neck, slaughtered in halal facilities.
• moisture content of no more than 5%.
• first class quality (grade “a”), healthy chickens for human consumption.
• each bird must be individually packed in a plastic bag, then in export boxes, with each box containing 8 10 equally sized carcasses.

other requirements:
• each batch must be accompanied by a phytosanitary certificate from the ministry of health stating that it is suitable for human consumption.
