the contractual quantity for sale to the buyer under the terms of this agreement shall be between 50kgs and 100kgs for first/trial delivery.

buyer makes payment of $5,500 for 5 years permit or $4,100 for 2 years for the buyer’s permit. the application fee in addition to either is $250.00. the total payment of the application fee and any of the permit fee should be paid directly to the cemac mining conference office for their reference.
cemac mining conference office approves contract and send copies to both the buyer and the seller.
