we accept the following financial instruments with very good discount:

procedure
1) buyer send loi to seller
2) buyer and seller sign the sales and purchase agreement (spa). each page must be initialed.
3) buyer provide the financial instrument to seller receiving bank, the bank or the corresponding bank of the bank issuing the financial instrument should be part of the european or usa top banks. the bank confirming the financial instrument should have full banking responsibility of it.
the financial instrument should be irrevocable, transferable and divisible.
4) seller provide 2 % bpu (bank payment undertaking) to buyer after reception, authentication and confirmation of the swift of the financial instrument by seller's financial facilitator bank.
5) the gold delivery will start after the financial instrument confirmation by the seller receiving bank.
6) after positive inspection by pmmc (precious minerals marketing company ltd), the gold consignment will be sent to the buyer as per agreed term and quantity by bought parties.
7) for each consignment, the payment is made by swift mt103 within 72 hours after reception of the gold consignment by the buyer.
8) all export costs of the gold from seller’s country to buyer’s designated country airport, shall be
borne by the seller.
