dear sir/madam,
we hereby issue this letter of intent (loi) to express our formal interest in establishing a long term procurement agreement for refined sunflower oil for distribution within the greek market.
1. product requirements
a. refined sunflower oil in bottles
packaging formats: 1l, 2l, 5l, and 10l pet bottles
labeling: buyer s private labels
delivery terms: dap greece (athens and thessaloniki warehouses; addresses to be provided upon agreement)
loading per truck: approximately 24,000 liters on euro pallets
estimated order volume:
weekly: 25 trucks
monthly: 100 trucks
contract duration: minimum 12 months
b. bulk refined sunflower oil
quantity: 24 mt per truck
delivery terms: dap athens, greece (buyer s designated warehouse) or direct delivery to buyer s customers within greece as coordinated in advance
contract duration: minimum 12 months
2. required documentation
please provide:
technical specifications for each packaging size
relevant quality certifications (iso, haccp, sgs, etc.)
factory production capacity and weekly/monthly loading capabilities
standard packaging details: number of bottles per carton, cartons per pallet, and pallets per truck
sample shipment procedure for bottled oil (1 carton per bottle size) for certification and hypermarket presentation
