PROCEDURE:
1. Buyer issue LOI/ICPO, Seller answer with F.C.O
2. Buyer signs as acceptance of the offer and returns FCO to the seller.
3. Seller issues CI and contract and buyer signs both as acceptance and returns.
4. Seller issues DTA letter for buyer to proceed with Q&Q
5. After satisfactory Inspection, buyer sends SBLC within 48 hours.
6. After confirmation of the financial instrument, seller loads the vessel.
7. Seller will present all required sets of documents to buyer’s bank to cash the instrument.
8. After successful transaction the contract will take place.
