procedure
1. buyer issues icpo on company letterhead with full details including quantity, destination port, price and banking information.
2. seller issues spa/pi with full commercial terms for buyer review.
3. buyer signs and returns spa/pi as acceptance.
4. seller countersigns and issues final executed contract.
5. buyer provides financial instruments (dlc mt700 or sblc mt760 or equivalent) from an acceptable bank.
6. seller’s bank verifies the financial instrument.
7. seller allocates quantity and schedules shipment.
8. seller arranges loading and prepares export documents in brazil.
9. after loading, seller issues full shipping documents (b/l, coo, coq, weight certificate, packing list ....etc).
10. shipment is sent to destination port.
11. buyer receives goods; inspection will be conducted at his own expense.
12. payment is released by buyer’s bank against compliant documents.
13. seller pays intermediaries under ncnda.
14. contract continues with monthly shipments until completion
