the sugar is available on HSS basis at US$460 m/t CIF W.African safe port or alternatively any Eastern Mediterannean or Arabian Gulf port. The vessel should be able to arrive W.African zone port within 10 15 days period from now.
PROCEDURES :
1. Buyer issues LOI with POF
2. Seller will send by email clean copies of B/L, SGS Inspection Certs, and other documents to buyer or buyers bank
3. If required Sellers bank will give bank to bank undertaking to Buyers bank that original documents will be changed to buyers benefit and forwarded on bank to bank basis immediately upon receipt of MT103 payment at sellers bank
4. Immediately upon receipt of payment original documents are amended to new buyers name and discharge port (title change)
and vessel will be instructed to buyers nominated port.
