Procédure :

1. Buyer issues the LOI and allowing a soft probe or issuing LOI and BCL
2. Seller issues an FCO
3. Buyer signs, stamps and returns the FCO with POF (Proof of Fund) BCL Bank to Bank
4. Seller issues Draft Contract which both Seller and Buyer sign after amendments if any. Hard Copies are also exchanged and respectively lodged with both buyer and seller s banks.
5. Buyer s bank issues a 100% Irrevocable, Transferable and Confirmed Documentary Letter of Credit (DLC) payable at Sight via MT103.
6. Seller s bank notifies Seller of Instrument reception and its validity and process with the vessels loading
7. Buyer s Bank pays for the delivery by MT 103, against BL and shipping documents at Loading Port.

8. Delivery starts as per the delivery schedule in the contract
