PROCEDURE:
1) Buyer provides LOI.
2) Seller Issues FCO to Buyer as well as an SGS certificate of quality. Buyer signs and Returns FCO to Seller.
3) Seller Issues Sales and Purchase Agreement (SPA)
4) Buyer Signs and Returns the (SPA) Draft Contract to Seller
5) Buyer s bank provides a bank guarantee of one month merchandise value, of 14 months duration
6) Buyer and Seller to exchange POP (Proof of Product), bank to bank.
7) The non operative ARDLC is turned into operative ARDLC
8) The Seller to issue a Bank to Bank Performance Bond of two percent (2%) of the confirmed value of a shipment
9) Loading of the vessel starts + SGS report is issued
10) Payment by MT103 instrument in place within 3 (three) banking days following date of loading of the vessel at port of loading against presentation of loading documents plus Q&Q report by SGS issued at port of loading
