Payment term: 100% L/C irrevocable, transferable, revolving, divisible letter of credit payable at sight or SBLC after SGS inspection at loading port. Documentary letter of credit issued and confirmed by a bank in côte d'ivoire, with bank guarantee (BG) for one month valid throughout the value and duration of the contract.

Delivbery day: within 30 days of receipt of 100% L/C payable at sight, irrevocable, transferable, divisible L/C.

Shipment: partial shipment is allowed, the transfer is prohibited.

Inspection: SGS or any other company and the seller have to pay the fees of loading only.

Analysis / weight: weight and quality final shipment by an independent international auditor.
