we are a group of economic interest named zoyout oued ourika. the gie is constituted on the basis of 5 cooperatives of production and marketing of olive oil based in the province of al haouz, in the region of marrakech, morocco.
gie, which brings together more than 300 farmers, has a modern and ecological unit of trituration of olive oil two phases.
our production:
the gie, beinga spatialist in olive oil production, produces all varieties of olive il hygiene namely:
extra virgin olive oil,
oil virgin olive oil,
running olive oil.
the oil produced respects good manufacturing and hygiene practices.
