procedures

2. seller issues spa (sales purchase agreement) with delivery terms.
3. buyer then seller sign sales purchase agreement.
4. within 03 international banking days after the contract assigned, buyer provides sblc (stand by letter of credit from a top 50 world bank) of the value of the quantity to be delivered.
5. seller provide a real time pol (proof of life)
6. product ships according to spa
7. seller loads the plane or boat with the delivery schedule outline in spa
7.1 airfreight to buyers international airport completed as per contract schedule
7.2 partial shipments allowed
8. within 02 international banking days after the loading has been completed, seller provides:
8.1 carrier s name
8.2 sgs report for quality and quantity
8.3 bill of lading/awb
8.4 shipping documents
8.5 commercial invoice
8.6 packing list
8.7 certificate of origin
8.8 factory certificate/ce certificate/fda certificate/testing certificate/certificate of lot conformity
9. on arrival buyer should pay after check and approved sgs control cargo, buyer will pay by tt fast bank transfer.
10. once payment has been received by the seller s bank, subsequent shipments continue as per terms and conditions of the spa
