a) Seller issue FCO to Buyer
b) Buyer upon agreed with the procedure, will sign this FCO , issue LOI and BCL
c) Buyer confirms the FCO and issues Irrevocable Corporate Purchase Order (ICPO)
with full Bank details along with
i) Signed NCNDA & IMFPA
ii) Copy of buyer s company certificate of incorporation
iii) Scanned copy of buyer s assignee international passport
