2. buyer sends icpo+ company documents etc as requested in procedures
3. seller shares draft spa for buyer s review & signing
4. after spa, dlc/sblc verbiage is agreed between both parties and dlc /sblc is issued by buyer within 5 banking days after signing spa
5. after dlc/sblc confirmation, buyer is invited fortrial order sgs inspection at loading port on mutuallly agreed date & time
6. buyer performs sgs inspection. once satisfied, buyer makes tt payment to seller account and lifts product for delivery
7. monthly contract continues after successful trial order
