transaction procedure:
client s loi (letter of intent)
the client issues a letter of intent expressing their interest in purchasing the product.
seller s fco (full corporate offer)
the seller issues a full corporate offer detailing the terms and conditions of the sale.
client s icpo (irrevocable corporate purchase order)
the client issues an icpo formalizing their purchase request.
seller s spa (sales and purchase agreement) and proforma invoice
the seller provides the spa and proforma invoice to the client.
contract and invoice signed by the client
the client signs the contract and invoice, confirming their commitment.
partial pop (proof of product):
the seller provides partial proof of product, including:
a) a video showing the product with the name and date visible
b) the certificate of origin
opening of mt103/72 by the client lc confirmed and irrevocable at sight
the client opens an mt103/72 (secure payment format) to guarantee payment. or open lc confirmed and irrevocable at sight.
delivery of original documents (full pop)
the seller delivers original documents, including full proof of product, to the client s bank, in accordance with the mt103/72 conditions or lc conditions.
delivery
the copper cable scrap is delivered according to the agreed terms.
payment
upon successful delivery, the final payment is processed via mt103/72 or lc mt700.
transaction conclusion
the transaction is completed once all conditions have been fulfilled.
