payment settlement: via a swift wire transfer against invoice and mandatory set of documents as specified in the purchase and sales agreement.

another payment option (does not include any bank instruments):

for the duration of the agreement, the payment for the cathodes shall be done by a bank telegraphic transfer mt103, 40% of the total invoice value into seller s bank upon presenting the bill of lading and all export documentations at the port of loading (beira mozambique) and 60% to be paid at the buyer s port of discharge after sgs inspection and final assay.

to proceed, a formal icpo from exit buyer is required along with buyer s cis/kyc.
