dlc procedure:
1. buyer issues mt199/mt799 rwa to seller bank at thailand;
2. seller replys mt199/mt799;
3. buyer issues mt700 dlc to seller;
4. seller replys 2% pb, provides all pop documents, and delivers gold to buyer's refinery;
5. refinery does analysis;
6. buyer pays seller delivery value if analysis report is acceptable.

joint bank account procedure:
1. buyer and seller open a joint bank account at a world top 50 bank;
2. seller signs on an blank check of that joint bank account, and buyer holds that check (as guarantee);
3. buyer deposits the money into that joint bank account;
4. seller provides all pop documents, and delivers gold to buyer's refinery;
5. refinery does analysis;
6. buyer pays seller delivery value if analysis report is acceptable.
