PROCEDURE OF TRANSACTION:
1. Buyer confirms soft offer and issues LOI with full banking and Company details with soft probe authorization or buyer can provide BCL to prove funding for this purchase with LOI.
2. Seller issues draft contract to Buyer which is open for amendments, Buyer signs and returns to seller.
4. Seller seals contract and returns to buyer
5. Buyer issues non operative transferable DLC, 100% at sight
6. Buyer visits the yard (optional)
7. Seller issues POP and 1.5% P.B. to activate buyer s non operative
DLC
8. Loading commences as scheduled.
9. Buyer releases payment once cargo is charged from loading port and all relevant documents are sent to buyer
All cost at loading is on Seller s account.
All costs at unloading port are on Buyer s account.
Seller does not have AQSIQ certificate for China
Conditions tarifaires : 410$/TM
Restrictions : pas d'over price / commission 2$/TM
Conditionnement : CIF ASWP BREAK BULK
