2: SPECIFICATION: 62% 65%
3: PACKING: Bulk
4: QUANTITY: 200,000 300,000 MT per month*12 months contractual
5: DELIVERY TERMS: CIF China main port
6: PORT OF LOADING: Seller main port
7: INSPECTION: SGS CIQ
8: PAYMENT: For first shipment, DLC 95% at the loading port and 5% at the
unloading port, seller issue 2% SBLC first and received shipment nomination notice
then buyer issue DLC; For second and thereafter shipment, DLC 98% at loading
port and 2% at the unloading port.
9: PRICE: Negotiation by both.
10: We must require the seller company documents and licenses, full set of past
business records of seller company.
