Sellers PROCEDURE Must Be FOLLOWED and included in the LOI/ICPO:
1. Buyer issues LOI/ICPO and BCL via MT799 sent with completed and signed NCNDA by the End Buyer.
2. Seller s company verifies buyer company and issues FCO & Draft Contract.
3. Buyer signs and FCO & Draft Contract.
4. Seller and Buyer lodge Draft Contract with their respective banks.
5. Seller bank issues a writing Bank Guarantee for PB2% to buyer bank.
6. Buyer bank sends Transferable DLC (if buyer wishes payment at discharge port)
7. Once seller receives the Transferable DLC seller and buyer arrange each other about shipping schedule.
8. Seller bank SWIFT POP (Proof of Product) via Bank to Bank.
9. Buyer or its representative visits the yard (if buyer wants), AQSIQ Certification will be provided at the loading port.
10. Shipment commences.
A signed, sealed and passport copies in the NCNDA IMFPA and with completed information s of agents or people involve.with buyers details, seal & signature and passport copy is required before releasing the Sellers information and sent to us along with Buyer s ICPO with complete banking information s.
