distillation at 350°c: max 85%
flash point: min 55°c
viscosity at 40°c: 2.0 to 4.5 mm2/s
pour point: max 5°c

particulate matter: max 24 mg/kg
la procedure est la suivante :
1. buyer issues an irrevocable corporate purchase order (icpo) along with the charter party agreement (cpa) or the tank storage agreement (tsa).
2. seller issues a commercial invoice (ci) for the available quantity in the storage tank at the port. buyer signs and returns to seller within 48 hours.
3. seller provides the following documents to the buyer:
o refinery commitment letter to supply o tank storage receipt (tsr)
o authorization for verification of the product electronically (atv) o injection report
o statement of product availability
o notarized and endorsed ncnda/impa by seller's bank
o authorization to sell and collect (atsc)
o unconditional dip test authorization (udta)
within 48 hours, the buyer contacts the seller's tank farm company to carry out the dip test.
4. upon a successful dip test in the seller s tank, the seller provides the following documents to the buyer:
o fresh sgs report not older than 48 hours o certificate of origin
o product passport
5. buyer submits the cpa and vessel information, including q88 and full details of the captain, along with the readiness to receive fuel (rtrf) into the vessel. alternatively, the buyer submits the tsr for the injection into the buyer s tanks.
6. seller contacts the vessel captain or tank farm and immediately begins injection into the buyer's vessel or tanks, issuing the title of ownership certificate and providing all export documentation.
7. buyer makes payment via mt103 or tt wire transfer for the total product, lifts the product, and the seller pays all intermediaries involved in the transaction.
