transaction procedure

1. buyer issues icpo in accordance with seller working procedure 2.
2. seller issues commercial invoice c.i, for the available quantity in the storage tank.
3. buyer countersigns commercial invoice (c.i.) and seller issues to buyer unconditional dip test authorization.
4. the buyer conducts sgs inspection at buyer s expense within 48hours (if buyer unable to carry out dip test then he secures title holder certificate or extend seller tank for 24 hours ).
5. upon successful dip test/procurement of the title transfer certificate or tank extension the seller releases the following pop documents
a) commitment to supply
b) certificate of origin
c) authorization to verify (atv)
d) atsc
6. seller issue the ncnda/impfa to all intermediaries involved in the transaction and for endorsement.
7. seller commence injection to buyer s tank or buyer take over seller's tanks and makes payment of the product via mt 103 and seller transfer title.
8. possible rolls and extension

(note: buyer is required to prepare his sgs inspection team before issuance of icpo so inspectors ready as soon as the udta is released to prevent delays)
