We are purchasing two million barrels per month during one year (i.e. 2 cargoes/month), of Light crude oil, API > 33/34, FOB, at terms and conditions to be agreed upon.
Origin: Africa (Congo, Gabon, Tchad, Cameroun, Nigeria)
Payment: by irrevocable and confirmed letter of credit to be opened a week before each laycan and payable against usual shipping documents.
Restrictions : refineries, mandate sellers
