seller issues spa (sale & purchase agreement), which buyer signs and returns within 3 days.

seller issues proof of product (ppop) documents including:

certificate of origin

product passport

seller arranges transportation and signs charter party agreement (cpa) with buyer and shipping company.

seller issues a transfer of title agreement, legalizes the contract and completes customs formalities.

issuance of proof of product (pop) documents:

validated cpa

product allocation certificate

injection report

export license

buyer issues sblc mt760 or dlc mt700 for the first cargo.

sgs inspection at loading port (costs borne by seller).

shipment and arrival at destination port with final sgs inspection.

final payment within 3 5 banking days after cargo validation.

commission distribution as per ncnda/imfpa.
