1.the seller sends a soft offer to the buyer,including the procedure and the product specifications 2.upon acceptance of the soft offer,the buyer issues his icpo(lrrevocable purchase order),his
company registration official documents and a passport copy of the authorized signatory.
3.the seller makes his due diligence and upon acceptance,issue a spa(sale &purchase
agreement)to the buyer
4.the buyer amends if needed the spa and sends it back to the seller with his stamp and signature.
5.the seller signs the spa and sends the copy back to the buyer as final acceptance of the transaction.the 2 parties are in business.
6.the seller issues his cl(commercial invoice)allowing the buyer to provide his bcl(bank confort letter)showing his capabilties to purchase and pay for the goods.the payment wil be done upon the arrival of the vessel after verifications by the sgs /bureau veritas surveyor
7.the seller organizes the transport with a reputable shipping to transport the goods from the loading port to the destination port.the discharging port must have all the necessary storage capacities to discharge the product and the buyer will ensure an immediate storage upon the arrival of the vessel.
8.the seller loads the product on the vessel and the vessel sails to the destination. j)the seller issues copies of the originals document as listed below:
k)bill of lading in the name of the seller but endorsed to the name of the buyer
i)a new commercial invoice showing the exact quantity loaded
m)a certificate of origin
n)an authorization to board the vessel on arrival
o)the sgs report at the loading port
p)the cargo manifest
q)the copy of the marine insurance covering the goods at 110%of the good value loaded
r)the q88 report
9.upon the arrival of the vessel,the buyer organize immediately the control of the goods with sgs or bureau veritas.if all is confirmed according the shipping documents,the buyer will immediately pay for the goods with a swift mt103 transfer to the seller's bank.upon the payment confirmed by the seller's bank,the bank will send to the buyer the original shipping documents
10.the seller pays the commissions to the various intermediaries
