REFINERY PROCEDURES

1, Buyer issues an ICPO to Z.P Ltd + NCNDA
2, Seller issues FCO.
3, Buyer signs FCO and return to Seller.
4, Seller issues Draft Contract open for amendments.
5, Buyer returns signed Draft Contract.
6; Seller Transfers Allocation Title Ownership to Buyer
7, Seller issues original contract for final signatory, both party Exchange hard copies of contract via
Courier Service.
8, Seller issues to Buyer the Full POP:
A. Copy of license to export, issued by the department of the ministry of energy s.
B. Copy of approval to export, issued by the Department of the ministry of justice.
C. Copy of statement of availability of the product.
D. Copy of the refinery commitment to produce the product.
E. Copy of the OJSC AK TRANSNEFT contract to transport the product to the port.
f. Copy of the port storage agreement.
G. Copy of the charter party agreement(s) to transport the product to discharge port.
H. Tank Storage Receipt (TSR)
I. SGS Report .
9, Buyers bank issues Non Operative letter of credit or other acceptable means of payment Seller
10, Seller issues 2% PB to activate buyer s letter of credit or other acceptable means of payment as agreed on contract.
11, Upon Completion and verifications of all documents shipment Commences.

Conditions tarifaires : BITUMEN
Restrictions : minimum 100 000 Mt x 12 month
Conditionnement : FOB vladivostok / CIF ASWP
