buyer issue purchase order (icpo) with international copy (data) to the seller along signed
tank storage agreement (tsa) for seller's verification and approval
2. seller issue commercial invoice (ci) for the product; buyer and buyer's logistics sign
commercial invoice and return back to seller. seller program injection and upon completion seal
commercial invoice.
3. seller issue to buyer ppop listed below:
(i) authorization to sell and collect
(ii) fresh sgs (not older than 72 hours)
(iii). dip test authorization
(iv) authority to verify
(v.) commitment letter to supply
4. buyer inspect with inspection team on buyer's expenses.
5. upon successful dip test of product, buyer make payment for the product via mt 103 and seller
transfers title ownership to buyer.
if the above negotiation terms and working procedure is acceptable by your
company kindly issue an icpo inserting the above working procedure in the icpo
for review and acceptance.
