2 Seller will reply with a partial proof of product and a full corporate offer.
3 Buyer signs the full corporate offer and returns it to the seller.
4 Seller issues a draft contract, a commercial invoice and a dip test authorization.
5 Seller and buyer sign a final contract and a refinery s subscription.
6 All liftable are paid by MT 103.
7 The balance will be paid by irrevocable revolving letter of credit.
8 First delivery by vessel begin after 15 working days
9 First injection after the payment by MT 103.
