2. Seller issues Draft Contract (Open for amendments and revisions)
3. After Contract is executed, Buyer receives signed Commercial invoice and issues BCL/RWA via Bank Secure Fax. Upon receipt of BCL/RWA by bank secure fax. Seller sends Partial POP (All info to verify product) via Bank to Bank. (Tank Receipts, SGS Report, and DIP Test Authorization, Commercial Invoice)
4. Upon verification, Buyer issues the RDLC of 12 Months with face value of one month. The price shall be calculated on the three (3) days closing price average mean quotation, for Russian Gasoil D2 L 0.2 Gost 305 82 as published in Plats European Markets can under the headings FOB NWE/Basis ARA.
5. Seller transfers Title and issues 2% Performance Bond.
6. Seller provides full POP, Buyer issues MT103 payment.
7. Upon receipt and verification of all relevant documents and status (Financial instrument status), shipment commences as scheduled. Product: D2
