3. commercial procedure

step 1: expression of interest
the customer (company, public or private organization) expresses their intention to purchase fuel from yayakhalif company limited.

step 2: bank direct debit
the customer provides a letter of reference issued by their local bank, confirming the domiciliation capacity of their fuel supply project.

step 3: interbank connection
yayakhalif company limited requests its bank (tajbank or first bank) to issue a reference letter addressed to the client's bank, with a view to establishing a secure, bilateral banking relationship.

step 4: contract signing & logistics
the parties sign an irrevocable purchase and delivery contract, stipulating:

the quantities and products requested,

the terms of collection at the dangote refinery,

responsibility for delivery to the client's port/terminal.
this contract commits yayakhalif's bank to collect the products and arrange their delivery.

step 5: secure payment
upon receipt of the fuel, the client's bank makes full payment to the nigerian bank, according to the contractual terms. all transactions are managed by both banking institutions.
