1. Buyer sends LOI, ncnda imfpa

2. Seller issues FCO

3. Buyer accept and countersigns FCO and accepts/amends the Draft contract if any and signs and sends back to the Seller.

4. Seller issues Final Approved and Legalized contract send via email both parties lodge in their respective bank.

5. Seller issues Pro forma Invoice and letter of authorization for buyer s bank to contact seller s bank.

6. Buyer s and Seller s banking officers confirm per swift proof of funds and proof of product being held with both banks.

7. Buyer issues Conditional Non Operative MT103/23, for the liftable amount.

8. Seller issues Non Operative 2% PB, and Full set of complete POP for the full quantity ( SGS report, ) in the name of the Buyer as the Bonafide owner of the said product, Dip Test Authorization, SGS report, Tank receipts, Allocation Number, Commercial Invoice

9. Buyer activates MT103/23, which simultaneously activates the 2% PB.

10. Delivery commences as scheduled
