1. buyer send icpo and corporate profile
 
2. seller send commercial invoice to sign by buyer
 
3. buyer provides pof and cpa
  
4. seller will arrange sgs inspection schedule according to refinery material lifting dates and send fresh sgs or unconditional dip test authorization to buyer
 
5. after successful dip test buyer pay full amount of invoice by mt103
 
6. fuel will be injected in buyer vessel and title transferred
