1. buyer issues loi after having read and accepted the seller s procedure. seller then issues fco to buyer.
if interested buyer sends icpo to seller with passport copy and bank information.

2. seller will revert with the draft contract addressed to buyer s company.

3. buyer reviews and signs of contract and returns it to seller

4. seller issues commercial invoice. buyer signs and returns to seller.

5. seller issues the following ppop to buyer:
statement of availability of product
commitment to supply
product passport

6. buyer s bank issues sblc/dlc rwa mt 199 to seller s bank to bank.

7. within 5 working days buyer issues irrevocable sblc/dlc (from a bank acceptable to seller) to seller s nominated bank for the agreed amount to serve as guarantee for delivery for the agreed quantity.

8. seller responds with 2% pb within a further 5 working days.

9. seller will then advise buyer of delivery date at his chosen destination and provide copies of b/l and all other documents to buyer.

10. upon arrival at destination, buyer conducts sgs test within 48 hours at his costs.

11. final invoice is issued in accordance with sgs q&q report and buyer s bank pays the invoice by mt103

12. seller endorses title to the goods in buyer s name and remits to buyer s bank all documents in original.

13. seller pays commissions according to ncnda/imfpa.

14. the next shipments are done according to the signed contract.
